LINSDAY LOHAN: Suing the Makers of the "Grand Theft Auto"

Lindsay Lohan is heading to court and this time, she's doing the suing. PageSix is reporting the actress is taking video game company Take-Two, the creators of "Grand Theft Auto."

The suit claims the game has a character that looks like LiLo that frequents the Hotel Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, “a place where the plaintiff once lived and often frequents." Take-Two also reportedly used the character to promote the game without her consent. In the promo, the company announced “to the general public and media venues that the game features a mission where the plaintiff’s look-alike asks another character to take her home and escape the paparazzi.”

Take-Two said it cannot comment on current litigation, but are being sued for an unspecified amount. Lohan's people had announced their client was crafting a suit way back in December, but the official papers were filed on Wednesday.
