970 ESPN is looking for a PM Drive Co-Host/Producer.

We aren’t looking for the next Bob Costas, we are looking for the next great sports radio entertainer. If you think great sports radio is interviews and playing devils advocate, this isn’t the gig for you. We want passion and opinions.

The position includes creating content for a daily talk show, Steelers Nation Radio and The Pittsburgh Steelers Game day broadcast.

Must be able to run the control board, book timely guests and provide digital content for the station web site.

• Knowledge of computers and software with an emphasis on satellite programming scheduling and digital audio / video production.

• The ability to analyze perceptual research as well as Arbitron data and methodology.

• The ability to work well within a team management system is required.

• Experience in creating and managing a budget.  

• Applicants must have background in sports broadcasting, excellent production skills, and track record of hosting an informative and entertaining sports show.  You must be or become a AFTRA member.

• HS graduate

• Radio experience helpful 

• Candidate must have computer competency.  Knowledge of ProTools and VoxPro software.  Ability to produce imaging for show.
