Phoebe's an 8-year-old Jack-hua-hua!  Jack Russell/Chihuahua, who's human has gone to a nursing home, so, she's looking for a new companion!  Phoebe gets along with everyone, other dogs, seniors, kids, and, with smaller breeds like this, Phoebe's not old by any means!
